Track recordSince our first job with a major operator in December 2020, IWS has delivered consistently across onshore fields, offshore platforms and unconventional gas — at scale, and without a single lost-time incident.
Every program below was delivered to the same documented, code-compliant methodology — chart-recorded preheat, auditable PWHT and gas testing — regardless of whether the well sat in the desert or offshore. IWS works alongside the national operator and the leading service providers across these programs.

Whatever the location or operator, an IWS scope follows the same controlled, documented path — so the record you receive looks identical from the first onshore well to the most remote offshore platform.
We confirm material grades, sour-service requirements and the approved welding procedure before any crew mobilises, so the job is engineered before it starts.
Wellhead and casing-head installation with chart-recorded preheat and inter-pass temperatures, producing crack-free welds that meet ASME, API and ISO requirements.
Gas testing begins sooner thanks to localized heating, and every weld is handed over with a preheat chart and PWHT record the operator can audit.
IWS works as a prequalified welding and wellhead-services provider, supporting national-operator and increment programs across the region under their technical and safety governance.
