More than 20 years of international oilfield leadership, with full P&L accountability for the IWS Saudi entity — sales, operations, service delivery, logistics and HSE across a 130-strong workforce. Previously Country Manager at Weir Oil & Gas and, earlier in his career, a wireline field engineer with Schlumberger. He holds a PhD in Industrial Management and is a certified PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt.

More than 40 years in the oil & gas industry — including 28 years with ADNOC (ADCO) as the company's sole senior specialist and subject-matter expert in metallurgy, welding engineering and wellhead equipment. He developed and qualified the welding and quality procedures that took IWS through major-operator pre-qualification, and remains the technical authority behind the temperature-controlled, auditable methodology that lets an IWS weld hold on a live, sour-service well.

More than 20 years of operations and welding-applications experience in the oil & gas sector, with solid major-operator exposure and a strong record of client dealing. As Operations Manager, Varghese leads field execution — mobilizing crews, equipment and qualified procedures to the rig site and delivering each job safely and on schedule. He owns day-to-day client coordination, leads incident investigations alongside QHSE, authorizes high-risk and night journeys, and ensures every crew works to IWS's life-saving rules.
